The most amazing thing happened this week... I was standing near the lobby of our building when a guy who used to work here walked in. He zeroed in on me and after a big hug asked me if I'd finished my book yet. Said he's been dying to finish reading it because he wants to know what happened and that he'd been hooked on the first page. Excuse me while my head explodes!
And... he read that nearly three years ago. He still remembered it.
I still have it (somewhere), but now I am inspired to dig it out and see if I can make something of it and maybe get it finished. Thanks, Chan, for the kind words and the inspiration!
