yeah !!!!! see all that worry and you are great!!! now go eat a huge honking hunk of cake with icecream to celebrate...then...you need to walk around the block a few times so you can burn it off...LOL>. glad to hear you are fine...take care
YEA!!!! I have been very worried about this, S. Sometimes we get wake up calls in life. This differs from a close call in that a close call is an "almost". Yours was a "might have been". The key to keeping the former from becoming the latter is to take the hint. Someone clearly has plans for you, and I expect those plans will require you to be svelt and ambulatory!
I agree - it's a wake up call. I must do something about the state of my body (which John's seen recently and can attest to). My doctor is doing what he can - now I must do what I can.
I am vastly relieved that the results were negative THIS TIME. But I've got to make some changes to make sure it's negative NEXT TIME!
Love fish... had some for lunch today and I have several tuna steaks in my fridge... Wish I could drink wine, but there is something in it that makes my bones hurt. The one exception is champagne, which I can drink a small amount of without ill effect (well, unless I'm driving...).
Good for you!... I am happy that you don't have diabetes, my dad has that and it is rough... I hope that you start losing weight like you want to, did your doc check your thyroid? Anyway, it is nice that you have good news!
