Amazing Little Things

Sometimes something amazing presents itself on your doorstep. In this case, Misha brought it to the back deck and was knocking it around when Z-boy noticed it.

We didn't know what it was - it looked like a piece of charcoal. So we shushed the cat away and discovered a tiny little miracle.

Oh, he was so cute. It took a while for him to poke his legs out, and his head never did come all the way out. We admired him, talked to him, then rescued him from his human admirers as well by taking him to the back of the garden and setting him free.
