Blog Personality?

Janice Prytz is a friend of mine on Facebook....  and she found a link to this neat little blog analyzer called Typealyzer.  Interesting results!  These are mine.

The analysis indicates that the author of http://sayresmiles.blogspot.com is of the type:

ESFP - The Performers

The entertaining and friendly type. They are especially attuned to pleasure and beauty and like to fill their surroundings with soft fabrics, bright colors and sweet smells. They live in the present moment and don´t like to plan ahead - they are always in risk of exhausting themselves.

The enjoy work that makes them able to help other people in a concrete and visible way. They tend to avoid conflicts and rarely initiate confrontation - qualities that can make it hard for them in management positions.

What do you think...  Were they accurate?

Having never met you but feeling like I know you I wouldn't say that really fits you.
You seem like a planner to me and while you don't strike me as an angry confrontational person you seem like the type to stand up for yourself and would be a good manager - strong but fair and kind.
Am I right or have I "read" you wrong? LOL

This is pretty much on target.... with these exceptions:

1) You don't always live in the present moment, nor do you not like to plan ahead. You are like me... you see a need and want to fill it at some point! (however you actually fill it at some point.)

2) You would be good in a management position.

3) The accompanying picture looks NOTHING like you!.... well, maybe during that time when you used to hang out in the Barnacle Bills lounge!! LOL!!

Like horoscopes in the newspaper, there are things that hit and things that miss. Interestingly, the bit about being a manager is right on target. I've been a manager, and I do well with people who need little to no supervision - however, with people that need a lot of supervision, I'm terrible. I would prefer to not be in that position.

I do like to plan - I'm a list maker. But I leave open the possibility of change and adapt as needed (or wanted). I do tend to "pick up a thread" which takes me down roads, or projects as the case may be, that were not intended but are almost always an interesting journey.

And as regular readers will attest, I am ALWAYS changing my environment to be pleasing to myself!
