Drawing a Blank

I usually have all kinds of things on my mind...  things I want to talk about or events I want to describe for my son (keeping in mind that this blog really is for him to read as an adult).  I try to post something two or three times a week so I don't get too far behind in recording our lives.

But today, I'm coming up blank.  Things are back to mundane for the moment, and nothing is jumping out at me as a topic to write about.

So I'm opening up the floor.  Are there questions out there?  Something you'd like me to write about?  Something you want to know?  If so, leave me a comment and I'll consider writing about your topics from MY point of view.  Deal?

I want to know why you went into the work that you do. What drove you? Did you just drop into? Was it a family thing? Do you love your work? What is your favorite and least favorite part of your work? And (in a perfect world where pay raises were big and job security strong) would you stay with this line of work or would you do something else? If something else...what? :)

I'd like to know more about your British relatives(Welsh?). How long has your immediate family been in U.S.? Also, tell us about the name "Sayre". Think you explained that once but I've forgotten.

I'm curious to know how well your two guys got on with you away. Seeing as how their 'linchpin' was missing.

hahaha! I know just how you feel! You know I get all these things in my head and think, I should write about that and then when I actually have the time to sit down and do it, its gone.

I will think about a question today. Looks like you have a few to get you started. :-)
