The owners have lived in it for 35 of those years!<BR/><BR/>But as hard as this seems to be sometimes, I'll always take an old house over a new one. I had a new house once and OMG it was always something! When I left, after five years there, the roof STILL leaked and had since day one. Every couple of weeks, Wade would come out to fix the roof and it NEVER worked.
